“Indexing”
is the process of looking at photographed family history records and
entering the names and dates in an online form. Indexing is essential
to make the world’s records searchable. Each photographed record is
ranked as beginning, intermediate, or advanced. You can choose for
yourself the difficulty and language of the work you do. If you have
never indexed before it should take you 5-6 hours to do 100 names. Once
you become familiar with the process it can take you much less time. Be a part of the great work of Gathering Scattered Israel!! Sign Up Today.

We are hoping that you will join us for the Stake Relief Society Temple Trip Saturday, April 28th. Endowment session 9:30 a.m. or enjoy any of the other ordinances. Pick up your sack lunch in front of the Visitor's Center between 11:30 and noon. You can take it on the run, or head back into the temple where a spot has been designated for our group in the Temple Cafeteria.

Roll Recipes
Sandy White's Roll Recipe
2 tablespoons yeast (or 2 pkg) dissolved in 1/2 cup very warm water. Add to the yeast mixture 1/2 cup sugar. Let sit for about 5-7 min and let the yeast "work"
Add to the yeast mixture:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup butter or canola oil
2 tea. Salt
Add about 6-61/2 cups flour.
If you have kitchen aid mix for about 10 min adding flour in small amounts until dough pulls away from bowl.
Cover bowl with towel and place in warm spot, let rise until double in size about 1 hr. Form dough into rolls, usually get about 30-36 rolls. Let double in size again, about 60 min. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown. About 20 minutes.
