Jennifer Kemp

Jennifer Kemp is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT with a Masters Degree in Psychology from Cal State L.A. with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy and an undergraduate degree in English from USC.   For the past six years she has worked in a practice with 2 colleagues providing therapy to 27 stakes in the Los Angeles Area serving adults, couples, families and youth with mental health issues.  From 2010 to 2014 Sister Kemp was a counselor and case manager with L.D.S. Family Services working with foster care and adoption clients.

Sister Kemp has a diverse background in counseling and mental health care having worked for the Alhambra School District with students facing expulsion; the Tarzana Treatment Center providing mental health treatment for addition, HIV and various other mental disorders; Family Service Agency of Burbank providing school based mental health therapy; El Monte Policy Department Community Relations working with clients and couples with a criminal past with anger and drug issues; Cal State, LA Psychology Clinic as a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee.

For 16 years prior to her career in Psychology Sister Kemp worked at several entertainment companies including Sony, Universal Studios, Rufglen Film, Inscape, Tristar and others as a writer, developer, script editor, business development director, game producer, story screener, script analyzer and formatter.
