I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. I met my husband Greg when we were classmates in
elementary school. Shortly after our wedding, we came to BYU to obtain a Masters in Business. Although my devoted parents taught me many good wisdoms, I never had faith until I came to BYU. With the guidance of the Lord combined with the great example and love of many saints, Greg and I were guided to the waters of baptism. Greg and I were sealed together in the Provo Temple exactly one year after our baptisms. We have been blessed to have three great children.
Jesus Christ’s ministry on earth taught us everything we need to do and learn. I know we need to love others as He loved, to pray as He prayed, to follow Him as He obeyed Heavenly Father, and to endure to the end as He did. President Nelson said, “True joy comes from becoming all that you may become.” I have seen that so many saints touch and enlighten others' lives with pure love and sacrifice like He did. I know they are becoming all that they may become while experiencing true joy. I have been blessed and inspired by their lights and always want to take their footsteps. I know we should work diligently on all the things the Lord has commanded in order to improve ourselves while we are here on earth. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ, we can receive the greatest of all the gifts of God - eternal life - as we follow Jesus Christ in faith and try to be like him.
